Option to "wrap text" in a card's subject line so the entire subject can be seen

We receive emails with subject lines that are identical except for certain identifying information (e.g. client names). Currently, we cannot see the identifying information in these emails on the Drag board because the subject line is truncated.

Right now when I create an automation to assign an email to multiple people it assigns to one person, then unassigns, and then reassigns to the next person. It would be nice if all the people selected to be assigned to remained assigned to the email

Create auto-responder automation to send 1 email within the business hours, and a different email outside of business hours.

The idea is to have an automated reply so customers can receive different options when we are in working hours and when we are not.
