Subfolders are filtered generally, not by individual emails, and the general filter functionality is inconsistent.

It would be useful to have notifications displayed as push notifications on our screens.

We receive all notifications mixed together. Differentiating them by colors or assigned users would improve visual clarity.

Improvements are needed for managing cards assigned to a user, specifically filtering closed cards by user and correcting the 'Assigned to me' option on the Drag boards.

Currently, when we relate an email, we have to manually assign and tag the emails. It would be interesting if, once the emails are related, the "child" email automatically gets the same tags as the "parent" email.

Currently, user assignment is done manually or through automation (in the latter, there is no possibility to configure this).

Currently, when trying to select multiple emails from different columns on the dashboard (e.g., backlog, in progress), when moving the emails to the "finished" column, only the cards from the last selected column are moved.

Currently, only one action is allowed (if an email is assigned, it's not possible to also tag it; emails must be re-selected).
