[v15.4] New activity log and notifications settings 🔥

We're revamping our activity log and introducing notifications settings.
New activity log:
Our new activity log is comprised of 2 tabs: Priority
 and All
. While the 'All' tab logs every event made across all workspaces, the 'Priority' tab only shows the events considered as more important. Read more about notifications here.
Only notifications from the Priority tab are taken into account for the notification number on the bell icon. 
Notifications settings:
You can now customize your notifications by going to the Drag dashboard > settings > notification settings.
Customization includes turning email notifications on/off, selecting what events should be considered in the Priority tab, among other things.
Improvements:
Have separated permission for ‘mark as spam’ and ‘delete card’ in custom roles.
Fixes:
Fixed compose box closing while trying to open templates folder.
Fixed board view disappearing after clicking on ‘Create new template folder’.
Fixed merged card being stuck in previous board after being moved to a different board.
