at the notes feature... is only possible for everyone to write on the same note page, from all colleagues... is it not a possibility to add notes and see the name of the person wrote it and the time/date?

If you can look at this and add some more possibilities, would be grate to have the option on adding notes such as: "meeting notes", "phone notes", etc.
